This Project in Hale, Cheshire was completed in late 2008.
H2OPlus were the assigned technical support company on behalf of Polypool UK, and turned this project from a DIY disaster to a fully functional indoor pool environment.
We now maintain this project on a quarterly basis and use the setting as our Northern show pool.
“When designing our showpiece home, architects suggested including an indoor pool. We knew traditional pools often came with a trail of issues e.g. Cost of heating, humidity, chlorine hurting kiddie’s eyes etc, etc...
After extensive research we were introduced to H2O Plus who, while based in the South offered full UK coverage – this promise, after 2 years of the relationship, is “Spot on”. Telephone calls out of hours are answered and if (on one occasion) a fast response is needed, H2O are “ringing the bell”
To sum up – Patient, technically top class and possessing a level of integrity towards the client for which other service organisations can only dream of; without seeking a revenue trail from routine service visits.”
