    1. Interesting and very different story I can honestly say I have never read anything like this story before and I believe it to be very original Loved the characters, they were likable, specially James and Karen Also Pat, he was funny. There was a lot of terminology and big words, a lot of biology and you can tell that the author is very knowledgeable or did a very good research for his story Science was my fave subject at school and what I went to college for so I really enjoyed reading about what [...]

    2. This is not the kind of book that I would usually read, but I gave it a chance and, to my surprise, I loved it The premise and story are compelling, the characters are well developed and the ending will haunt me for a long time to come To me, a good book is one that occupies my mind long after I have finished it, and this is definitely one of those books I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a book that makes them think or that challenges their perception of the world A great read.

    3. A man who can not only sense the presence of germs ,he can understand what they are saying to each other It sounds ridiculous ,but in this story it works.Throw in a pair of African witch doctors , a cracked Irish scientist and the boss everyone loves to hate for comic relief and this quasi sci fi story brings every page to life A fantastic read from an articulate and imaginative author.

    4. Having read the description I was not sure I would like this book I loved it It held my attention from the beginning The pace is fast with many twists and turns so it never gets boring and continues to surprise the reader It s well written and the characters are easily distinguished from one another which is always a bonus The ending is one you won t see coming Highly recommended.

    5. What an original concept Jeff Morris lays out a really unique world where you follow a hero who sports a unique talent and phobia It s strange and yet believable His characters pop to life and come across as real I m not going to get into any spoilers, but if you want a innovative story that will stick in your mind, read this.

    6. The cover is a good representation of the novel itself unusual, pretty, and I m not quite sure what to make of it Ezembe certainly grabbed my attention in the beginning with the main character, James, having an overwhelming aversion towards bacteria and fungi, so much so that he cannot physically go outdoors It would have been great to see that develop into a very serious affliction for the rest of the novel, but it is resolved shortly and not really a problem later. That seems to be a recurring [...]

    7. 3.5 StarsEzembe has unique story concept with a lot of potential Those who enjoy medical science fiction and don t mind a touch of the supernatural will find it interesting The story is intriguing enough to keep the reader turning pages, but the ending doesn t quite live up to the promise, due to the flat characters than the plotad this entire review at UndergroundBookReviews dot org
