    1. This book is full of interesting information, but it s a bit like sitting on an iceberg there are about a thousand links to other sources of back up info buried within the book, so in reality it s bigger than it seems It s an interesting treatment of how to set yourself up for professional freedom, with lots of travel tips thrown in I have no idea how anyone can run their own business and have the time to become a wizard on newbie technologies maybe it s a consequence of all the hours the author [...]

    2. I ve been a huge fan of Natalie Sisson ever since I discovered her podcast earlier this year So when I heard that she was working on a book, I couldn t wait for it to come out I read The 4 Hour Workweek years ago when it was first released At the time, I was stressed out in my previous company, where I was working long hours, seven days a week yes, you read that right I knew I needed to make major changes in my life, and the idea of a four hour workweek was enticing, but I really wasn t inspired [...]

    3. Provides excellent tips about how to set up a location independent digital freedom business The book includes concrete recommendations on how to find your niche customer, companies to work with in setting up your business and outsourcing non core work, making money from your email list and how to generate profits from passive and active revenue streams It also has an honest and non idealistic discussion on the realities of leading a nomadic lifestyle being quite open about the fact that it is no [...]

    4. There was some content to like in this book, but the writing style was too immature to be considered an authoritative text That likely wasn t the intent of the author I read a lot A LOT of business books, and there are many better pieces of content out there In this case, it felt like the author rushed to get a book out to capitalize on a trend No fault there, but I have doubts about the ability for this book to stand up over time as a friendly reference.

    11. Very good book I liked it because it was full with practical tips, and it gives an impression that the author really wanted to help others have a similar travelling lifestyle There are also a lot of sales pitches within the book, but I actually found them interesting too other products books Natalie is selling, e.g how to launch your product on Kickstarter so no complaints here Btw she practices everything she preaches that s how I got the book in the first place, by investing in her Kickstarter [...]

    12. Resourceful book with lots of examples or stories from other such digital nomads who are living this lifestyle I enjoy Natalie s podcasts and her guests, so I m a bit biased Being a book with content and resources that are heavily dependent on current technologies, she ll have to revise it annually to keep it current I like her message and the independent lifestyle ideals she s sharing with and inspiring in others.

    13.
